I'm so thankful that I start my day eating breakfast with Allie and Robyn. French toast Fridays are the BEST! If it weren't for these girls, I might not have been able to get up to enjoy the scrumptious breakfast!
I'm thankful that Robyn introduced me to Curly Girl! Her designs are so awesome and now I'm slightly obsessed! It all started with Robyn's coffee mug...

If you've never heard of Curly Girl, you better get on that! :)
I'm so thankful that Christina's Friday morning class got cancelled so we ended up chatting and encouraging each other with awesome verses. I'm thankful that Christina is an RA with me in Schwitzer. I'm thankful that I can share anything with her and she gets me. I'm so glad she's in my life. I love that this Dr. Seuss quote describes us perfectly.
I'm thankful for the gorgeous, breezy yet sunny November weather on Friday. Laura and I were able to talk a walk by the canal to the 100 acre woods of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. I'm thankful that God's greatest work of art is in creation seen through trees, leaves, flowers, and through the beauty in each of us.
I'm thankful for bridges! There's something about them that makes me love them SO much. They connect us from one place to another, they allow a crossing where there is a gap or hindrance, they remind me of what Jesus did for us when he died on the cross.
I'm thankful for Caroline, Morgan, and Katherine. I'm thankful that we can be silly together in Barnes and Noble reading children's picture books aloud. I'm thankful that we get carried away with Halloween costumes.
They each so unique and so special--I
love that Caroline has a contagious laugh, Morgan's face lights up when
she smiles, and Katherine has an awesome sense of humor.
I'm so thankful for Marianne. I'm thankful for all the times that she is willing to give me a ride to the places I need to go. I'm thankful for her bold and honest heart of faith. I am thankful that she's not afraid to be spontaneous.
I love that we can never make decisions so we ended up at Five Guys and at Chick-Fil-A. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the awesome combination of cajun fries and the best chicken nuggets ever.
I'm thankful for how inspiring Mark is! He ran the Indy marathon in 3 hours and 9 minutes! Mark's self-discipline of getting up early every morning to run just blows my mind. I'm thankful that Tony, Audrey, and I got to share in celebrating how awesome he did on his race!
I'm thankful that Kelly trusts me enough to let me curl and style her hair for Tri Delta Formal!
I'm thankful to be able to read through the book "When Helping Hurts" with an awesome group of college students who love God and love people. I love our discussions that challenge me. I'm so thankful for the ways that we encourage one another to step outside our comfort zone to love others.
I'm so thankful for Brad and Katelyn who lead us in great discussions every Sunday.
I'm so thankful that I was able to spend most of my Sunday with Faith, Marianne and Christina! I love relaxing and walking around downtown Indy after church. They make me laugh so hard.
I'm thankful for conversations we share around the table during a meal.
I'm thankful to be able to be part of the cultural committee. We hosted a "Dia de los Muertos" celebration with food, a mariachi band, crafts, a photobooth, and drinks! Even though it was a lot of work, I'm so glad our hard work paid off!

I'm thankful that I got to know Tammy today.
I see her around campus a lot but never got the chance
to talk to her until now.
Even though I don't know her super well,
she is such an encouragement to me.
She shared her story of how she chose to come to Butler
and it gave me goosebumps!
I'm thankful that she is at Butler and not at another school.
I'm thankful that she knows she is here for a reason,
and I think so too.
:)
